These Indian potatoes are so flavorful and exotic. Although I couldn’t find every ingredient, I was able to research excellent substitutions. We enjoyed this dish with some naan bread or as a side to accompany grilled chicken. So yummy!

Thai Red Curry with Cod, Spinach & Jasmine Rice
This flavorful exotic dish is one of the best things I’ve made of late. It’s easy to assemble and the ingredients are readily available. Try it! You won’t be disappointed.
Smoked Pork Pozole
This version of Mexican Pozole is super flavorful & very easy. It was a huge hit with the hubs and my son. It’s perfect for soup season and is sure to warm you right up.
Creole White Bean Caviar w/ Grilled Crostini
One of my favorite spices is Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning. The flavor really enhances this bean and avocado based dip and it adds a zing to the grilled crostini. This is the perfect appetizer for any get together. Here is the link if you want to add the flavor of New Orleans to your dishes: https://www.tonychachere.com/product/bold/
Sautéed Black Eyed Peas
Who else needs a dose of black eyed peas on New Years? Our family has always had black eyes on the stove ready for a spoonful or a bowl for good luck. We’ve done this for a couple of generations. This sautéed version is so tasty and delicious. Everyone is going to want a big helping of this yummy dish.
Fruitcake Cookies with Lemon Icing
When you eat these cookies I guarantee you’re gonna hear your favorite Christmas song happily singing in your head. They’re nostalgic, but with a modern touch. The lemon icing really sets them apart!
Giant Chocolate Chess Pie
If you love chocolate this is your pie! Decadently delicious and you won’t be able to stop at one slice. I must warn you, this thing is large, as it is made in a 9 inch pie plate. You can also make mini pies and all you have to do is adjust the baking time.
Gourmet Green Bean Casserole
This scratch made casserole puts traditional green bean casserole to shame! The cream of mushroom soup is made with crimini & shiitake mushrooms. You still use store bought fried onions, because why not. The effort of preparing fresh green beans and the soup is worth it. The addition of nutty gruyere cheese makes this a showstopper.
Apple Pumpkin Streusel Pie
If you’re a fan of apples and pumpkin this is your pie! I used pecans in the streusel and pre-made pie crust. It’s perfect for all your fall celebrations! I also solved the problem of the soggy bottom you often get with an apple pie. A little 10-minute pre-bake did the trick.
Thanksgiving Turkey and Gravy
This is the best roast turkey recipe you will ever make! The gravy is next level. This has been my go-to recipe for over 25 years. It is indescribably delicious and to top it off it’s fool proof.
You can make this recipe with a whole turkey or turkey breast on the bone. I have brined them and not brined them – Did not notice a difference. They always come out juicy & tender. I generally prepare the turkey & the pan (without spray) the night before. That way I can get the turkey going without that much hassle on Thanksgiving day. We also enjoy this turkey on other occasions. It’s just that good!
